Treatment Details

Gain feedback on your form and technique and increase confidence so you can progress to the next level or to help you begin your own Yoga practice at home. Tailored to meet your specific needs and goals, one of our instructors works with you one-on-one to design a Yoga practice that addresses your unique physical abilities, limitations, and goals. How to prepare: - Contact reception to book - Arrive at the pool-side gym, at least five minutes before your allocated session time - Wear clothes which you can work out in and sturdy fitness shoes - Bring: your water bottle, camera (if you would like us to capture you in an impressive pose) - Towels and equipment are provided Available for couples and small groups for $80 per person
