The Spa and Wellness Centre is the heart of the resort, offering a wide range of treatments, from soothing massages and revitalising facials to calming and restorative wellness experiences. Whether you are staying onsite or visiting for the day, we would love to welcome you.

Our dedicated team of therapists travel to Lakeside Resort to care for retreat guests, group bookings, and private appointments. Private treatments are available with advance notice.

For guests staying onsite, use of our resort facilities, including the sauna, steam room, and indoor heated mineral pool, is included as part of your stay.

Guests not staying onsite may choose the Spa Experience add-on, which provides access to these facilities.

​

For retreat guests, spa treatments will be booked on your behalf, with an appointment schedule included in your welcome folder at orientation. For group bookings, please email spa@lakesideresort.co.nz with your booking requests.

Please note that our 48-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced, as cancellations significantly impact our spa therapists who travel to our rural location.
