By using our website and booking accommodation with Lakeside Resort, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

 

1. Bookings & Payments

A confirmed booking requires a deposit or full payment, as specified during the booking process. All payments must be made via the methods accepted on our website. Prices are listed in NZD and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will be charged in full.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect the property, facilities, and other guests. Any damage caused during your stay may be charged to the guest responsible. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time: 2pm-6pm. Standard check-out time: 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and possible additional charges.

5. Liability

Lakeside Resort is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or delays outside our reasonable control.

6. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Lakeside Resort and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this site, but errors or omissions may occur.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.
