Treatment Details

Improve your metabolic rate and your ability to burn fat or change your muscle mass by incorporating weight-based functional training in a targeted one-on-one session with one of our experts. A must-do during your stay which will push you further and give you new ideas and techniques you can use at home specific to your level of ability. How to prepare: - Contact reception to book - Arrive at the pool-side gym, at least five minutes before your allocated session time - Wear clothes which you can work out in and sturdy fitness shoes - Bring: your water bottle, camera (if you would like us to capture you in an impressive pose) - Towels and equipment are provided - Core-support belt provided if needed Available for couples and small groups for $80 per person
