Get tips, tricks and valuable advice on how those who make un-natural rosters 'work for them'. How to prepare: - Contact reception to book - Complete the pre-appointment forms and bring them with you to your appointment - Arrive at the pool-side gym, at least five minutes before your allocated session time - Does not include additional services and testing which may be recommended or necessary.
