Learn a simple choreographed routine step by step, incorporating modifications for your fitness level. A popular choice for people who enjoy dancing and are looking for a fun and dynamic way to stay active and healthy which you can replicate at home. How to prepare: - Contact reception to book - Arrive at the pool-side gym, at least five minutes before your allocated session time - Wear clothes which you can work out in and sturdy fitness shoes - Bring: your water bottle, camera (if you would like us to capture you in an impressive pose) - Towels and equipment are provided - Core-support belt provided if needed Available for couples and small groups for $80 per person
